Your First Meeting

We offer a free 30 minute initial meeting. This first meeting is an opportunity to meet with your lawyer and obtain information and guidance.

At that meeting, we will:

• Take time to listen to you and to understand what your needs are.
• Give you information, advice and guidance.
• Identify the various issues in your case. In particular we will outline the various options available to you, the advantages and disadvantages of each option. We will advise give you guidance as to the possible outcomes of your case so that you can make informed decisions.
• Tell you what the next steps are.
• Give you clear cost and time estimates for your case.

You will not be under any pressure or obligation to proceed.
