Rachel Buckley

Rachel Buckley joined Hartnell Chanot and Partners in December 2006 as a solicitor specialising in divorce and financial provision. She became a Partner on 1st October 2009.

Rachel has a wealth of experience in providing practical and legal advice and support to clients since 2000. She has extensive experience in divorce, financial matters, children issues and domestic violence. Since 2002 Rachel has handled a vast amount of divorce where one party is a member of the emergency or armed services.

Rachel is highly regarded and respected by the legal profession and her clients. She uses a problem solving approach where possible.
 

Qualifications

• Since 2008 Rachel has regularly appeared on local radio – weekly and monthly slots on family law
• Member of the Law Society’s Family Law Accreditation Panel since 2006
• Member of Resolution (formerly, the Solicitors Family Law Association) since 2003
• Post graduated Diploma in Legal Practice Course – graduated first in the year
• Law degree graduated second in the year
