Julia Clayton

Julia Clayton joined Hartnell Chanot & Partners in December 2010 as a solicitor specialising in children issues, care proceedings, adoption and special guardianship orders.

Julia is a leading lawyer in all matters relating to children, in particular representing children, parents and grandparents in care proceedings, complex residence / contact disputes and international child abduction and adoption.

A solicitor advocate, Julia represents clients at all levels of proceedings and has been involved in cases alleging non-accidental injury, physical and emotional abuse, sexual abuse and neglect. 

In April 2012 Julia was appointed as a Family Recorder to the Western Circuit.
