Grace Bradley
Grace Bradley studied law and German at Glasgow University and the Johannes Gutenberg University, Germany . She is dual qualified in both Scots and English law, converting to English law in 2009, having successfully completed the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test.
She spent two years in Argentina to improve her Spanish and during that time, worked for an Argentinean law firm assisting in family law cases.
Grace is a highly committed practitioner practising in both private children law and financial matters representing privately funded and legally aided clients based in the UK and abroad. She has a particular interest in cases involving international issues and foreign jurisdictions. She specialises in child abduction cases, and has dealt with complex cases in this field. Particularly, she acted for the Mother of Molly Campbell, the 12 year old child, taken to Pakistan from Scotland, a high profile case involving novel issues of law.
Being a dual qualified solicitor with experience of practising in both England and Scotland, she has a keen interest in Scottish / English cases, and is ideally placed to advise on these issues.
Grace is a keen linguist and has good working knowledge of both German and Spanish.
