Gemma Croucher

Gemma Croucher is an Associate Member of the Institute of Legal Executives. She joined Hartnell Chanot & Partners in January 2011 having worked for another Plymouth Law practice since 2001.

Gemma started working as a Legal Secretary in 2001 and began her ILEX qualifications in 2004. She has represented both publicly funded (Legal Aid) and private clients throughout her training.

Gemma specialises in divorce and financial matters and helps clients resolve issues relating to children. She also has experience in domestic abuse and orders to protect including transfer of joint tenancies, changes of name and statutory declarations.
