Donna Hart
Donna is a Chartered Legal Executive. She entered into the legal profession in 1999 after studying and working abroad in Denmark. She gained experience in personal injury and employment law before specialising in family law in 2002. Donna joined Hartnell Chanot in Partners in May 2005 and qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2008 after working and studying full-time.
Donna acts on behalf of clients in the areas of divorce, civil partnership dissolutions, children disputes, finances upon divorce and injunctions.
Donna has dealt with a number of complex cases and has worked with clients with learning disabilities. Her friendly and sensitive approach has been commented on by numerous clients. Much of Donna's work comes from personal recommendations.
Donna has recently completed her Level 1 Certificate in British Sign Language and hopes to continue working on this skill.
