Charlotte Butler Kitto
Charlotte Butler Kitto joined Hartnell Chanot & Partners in December 2010 from an established family law team in Plymouth.
She has specialised in family law for the past two years and has a particular interest in children issues, including parental contact and residence in relation to children, as well as care matters.
Graduating from Oxford University in 2008, Charlotte is a member of the Young Legal Aid Lawyers and has recently completed a part-time legal practice course at the Oxford Institute, graduating with Distinction. She has now commenced an LLM part-time, and is due to graduate from this degree course in September 2012.
Charlotte has excellent communication and organisational skills and is used to running her own case load, with particular expertise in Legal Aid cases. Her particular interest is in cases where she represents a Children's Guardian / Guardian ad Litem.
