Amanda Cavinder
Amanda Cavinder entered in to the legal profession in 2003 as a trainee solicitor having graduated in Law from the University of Plymouth. She joined a firm in Cornwall gaining experience in civil litigation and probate together with family law in which she has specialised since qualifying as a solicitor in 2005.
Amanda joined Hartnell Chanot and Partners in November 2010 as an Associate Solicitor specialising in all aspects of family law including children, domestic abuse and high net financial cases.
Amanda became an accredited member of the Law Society Children Panel in May 2011.
Amanda is also an accredited member of Resolution. She has provided training on domestic abuse work to Relate and Devon and Cornwall Housing Association.
Amanda is an established lawyer, with a great reputation. She has an excellent working relationship with clients from all backgrounds and much of the work she undertakes comes from either client referrals or other local professionals, with whom she has established very strong working relationships. Whenever possible Amanda undertakes her own advocacy.
