At Hartnell Chanot & Partners we work to promote fair and impartial treatment for both parties, not to give one parent or the other an unfair advantage: and the welfare of children is paramount to what we do.

There are many factors in the divorce process that can make it particularly difficult for fathers and it is essential that they receive good legal advice at an early stage to understand their rights and the rights of their children during separation.
