Devon and Cornwall Housing Association

DCHA has supported housing schemes throughout Cornwall and Devon.

They provide support in three different ways:

• accommodation-based provision owned by DCHA where support is provided by staff directly employed by DCHA;
• accommodation-based provision owned by DCHA where support is provided by staff employed by other specialist agencies.
• support workers, not attached to any specific accommodation but providing floating support, visiting people in their own homes. You do not necessarily need to be living in a DCHA property to receive this service.
