BeGrand has teamed up with the Grandparents Assocation to offer fully trained online advisors with years of experience. They are here to give free confidential information and advice on a range of issues that concern grandparents.

This is a new service offering a one-to-one 'chat' facility online. This means that you can chat to an advisor by typing in the chat box on thier website and an advisor will type back to you. If all advisors are busy then you can still type your query in the chat box and an advisor will respond to you as soon as they become available.

Alternatively you can schedule a chat online and provide us with details of when you are available. To use this service, we need you to register. It is free and simple and the reason they require registration is to protect your privacy. Once you have done that, just start. The chats are private and no one else can see your conversation.
