Don't forget to visit the library!

After a wash-out summer, many Dads may have found themselves visitng their local library for the first time in a very long time and been suprised by how much they have changed!

Your local library is not only a place for your child to read but most now have access to a vast selection of DVD's, Videos, PC games and audio stories. Today libraries hold regular activities for children, such as bounce and rhyme and storytimes for the little ones, plus during the school holidays regular fun activity sessions take place.

One of the best and most overlooked thing about libraries, is that attending the activities and borrowing books and audio books is free!

Why not pop along to Exeter Library which is currently home to RAMM (The Royal Albert Memorial Museum). From meeting a Roman Soldier to making maps of the world - there is something to entertain the children on a daily basis, and somewhere single dads can get out of the rain!
