Children Successfully Returned to Mum

We were instructed by Mum who was in a car accident five days before Christmas. She was taken to hospital. Her former partner, took the children with whom they had not seen for over eight months. The children were aged two and four and had never been away from Mum.

When Mum came out of hospital on 23rd December Dad refused to return the children to her. We made an emergency application to the court to have the children returned to her care. This order was granted.

Fortunately, negotiations then ensured between Mum and Dad and contact arrangements were set in place so that the children now have regular quality contact with their Dad.
