Case Turned Around For Mother At Wits End

Our client came to us having previously been using a firm of London solicitors. Our client was at her wits end as her children were at risk of being forced to see a father whom they insisted had mistreated them against their wishes. The father suggested that our client was influencing the children to make up lies about their father. The court had made findings against our client, but we considered that the proceedings had been manipulated to bring this about.

We managed to turn the situation around completely and by the time the case concluded we had gained a residence order for our client and restriction on contact with the father.
