Suzanne Besant
Suzanne Besant is a Solicitor and has spent 13 years working in the field of family law.
Her determination, commitment and enthusiasm have enabled her to work her way up from Trainee Legal Executive to qualifying as a Solicitor in 2005. She studied Law with Open, Plymouth and Exeter University whilst working full time, and joined Hartnell Chanot & Partners in July 2006.
Suzannne has experience of advising clients in all aspects of family law relating to divorce and separation including children's issues and ancillary relief (the process which resolves any financial issues between the parties to the marriage), for both private and legally aided clients. She specialises in public and private law children work and emergency cases relating to domestic violence and children issues.
She puts the needs of her clients, families and children first, and believes in resolving family disputes with the minimum of acrimony.
