Jane Chanot

Jane Chanot has over 16 years experience working in the field of family law and studied Law at Guildford College of Law.

She began her career in Surrey before moving to the South West and joining Hartnell & Co in 1997.

Jane became a Partner in 1999 and subsequently the firm took the name Hartnell Chanot & Partners; and along with Norman Hartnell, she has helped establish the firm as one of the country's first and largest specialist Family Law Practices.

Jane has particular expertise in the fields of divorce and finance, private and public proceedings, child abduction and representing children.

Jane is a Mediator and Collaborative Family Lawyer.
