Donna Hart

Donna Hart is a qualified Lawyer and became a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2008.

Donna acts on behalf of clients in the areas of divorce, children, ancillary relief (the process which resolves any financial issues between the parties to the marriage), injunction and private child law proceedings.

Donna has worked in the legal profession for twelve years, working her way up from a legal secretary to paralegal (qualified to perform substantive legal work that requires knowledge of legal concepts and is customarily, but not exclusively, performed by a lawyer) and is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and Secretary for the Devon Ilex Branch.

She has spent the past six years specialising in family law and joined Hartnell Chanot & Partners in 2005.
