Claire Reynolds
Claire Reynolds qualified as a Solicitor in 2003 having studied at De Montfort University and the University of the West of England.
She has worked in law since 1995 initially as a legal secretary for a family lawyer in Berkshire, and upon moving to Torquay in 1996 began her legal training. She joined Hartnell Chanot & Co in 2004.
Claire has specialised in family law for 7 years, and is a highly respected family solicitor dealing with general family matters including divorce, financial and children matters, domestic abuse cases and matrimonial conveyancing. She is a qualified family mediator and has particular expertise in the fields of ancillary relief (the process which resolves any financial issues between the parties to the marriage) and private care disputes involving children.
Claire is applying for Membership of Law Society’s Family Law Panel and is a practising Christian sympathetic to all faiths.
