Skype is a software application that allows users to make telephone calls over the Internet. Calls to other users of the service and to free-of-charge numbers are free, while calls to other landlines and mobile phones can be made for a fee. Additional features include instant messaging, file transfer and video conferencing. If you already have a webcam, you're ready to go - see the Skype website for instructions.
Skype is about creating a relationship/partnership with our clients, so they feel free to contact us about questions, concerns, etc. We can also serve clients in different parts of the world as we can speak to people in realtime, without worrying about the phone bill.
The great thing about Skype is that you can use your internet connection and turn your computer into an internet phone and make free Skype-to-Skype calls. You will need to have a headset (or use your computer's built-in microphone and speakers) to talk and you can take your calls to the next level with free video calls.
See the Skype website for more information.
We have two Directors on Skype - please feel free to contact them.
