Our Ethos as Family Law Solicitors
We take a different approach to many other traditional family law practices. Rather than focus on blame our family law solicitors promote a problem solving approach and lead the way in constructive methods of resolving family disputes.
Our core ethos is:
- to protect the vulnerable;
- to find fair solutions between separating couples/parents;
- to keep children at the centre of all of its actions and advice; and
- to address the underlying sources of conflict.
We know that going through a divorce or separation is an extremely emotional and stressful experience and our family law specialists work extremely hard to make the process as painless as possible and to be fully supportive.
Family Law Advice
All our family law solicitors have many years’ experience in handling complex and demanding divorce/family cases. We can provide family law advice on all aspects of divorce and separation including: financial relief (your finances), divorce settlements, separation agreements and unmarried couples. We focus on the interests of any children in divorce including: child custody, child maintenance, care proceedings and parental abduction and we are dedicated to protecting and supporting victims of domestic abuse.
